Refund & Cancellation Policy
At KLM Bookkeeping, our goal is to provide reliable, high-quality services you can count on. If you ever have questions or concerns about your services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can help resolve them promptly.
Cancellation of Services

Clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel services.

All cancellations must be submitted via email to klmbookkeeping727@gmail.com.

If proper notice is not provided and payment is not made, the account will be charged for the applicable month of service.

Documents and records will not be released until the account is fully paid and up to date.
Non-Payment

Payments must be made 30 days in advance of services.

Failure to submit payment on time will result in a temporary suspension of services.

Once the account is brought current, services will resume and documents will be released.
Refunds

All payments for services are non-refundable once received.
